Convert ArcGIS layer files (.lyr) to QGIS styles (.qml)

Thanks to North Road, crowdfunding and some reverse engineering it is now possible to convert esri's ArcGIS .lyr symbology to QGIS .qml styles. In this video tutorial I'll walk you through how to install the plugin, save ArcGIS symbology to a .style database and then import this style to QGIS.

Some people had a few questions about the paths and mdb-tools when I first posted this, so for more detialed instructions on that bit see the second video below.
